Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with iconic views of the mountains. The room was spacious and well appointed, and the breakfast was outstanding. However, I did experience a glitch with the air conditioning, which made for a sweltering night, and sadly, I never received a follow-up email regarding the issue. Overall, it was a great experience, but there's room for improvement in communication.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is set in a breathtaking location. The Junior River Room I got came with a lovely balcony, and the overall experience felt luxurious without being pretentious. There are plenty of dining options, and I particularly enjoyed the gardens and the pools. However, there were some times when it got a bit busy, especially around the pools, and it disrupted the calm atmosphere I was hoping for.
During my stay, the hotel surprised me with its beautiful garden area and lovely dining options, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. While the staff made a kind gesture for my husband's birthday, the overall condition of the room didn't live up to expectations. The hotel has potential, but it needs improvement in several areas, especially regarding room upkeep.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On the one hand, the room was spacious and offered a lovely view of Table Mountain. The outdoor dining area with its unique tortoise feature was a delightful surprise. However, my experience was marred by some service lapses and issues with the amenities that made my stay less relaxing than I anticipated.
We had a delightful stay at the hotel with beautiful views and well-kept grounds. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering comfort and excellent amenities. The pool facilities, however, were not ideal for younger kids. We enjoyed fantastic breakfast options and friendly service throughout our visit, though a bit more attention to detail with pool maintenance could improve the experience overall.
