the breakfast was fantastic. a la carte options were available and the breakfast buffet was delicious. the hotel offers a beautiful garden to walk in, a nice staff, and a nice swimming pool with spa. i noticed excellent natural scenery.

really good welcomekept roomgreat staff
the welcome was really good. staff checked me in early. the room was well kept and everything was easy to operate. the staff were stars. i had a set dinner and they adjusted every course when i mentioned my dietary needs. i never felt judged.

The hotel provided fast wifi. It allowed me to work efficiently. the manicured grounds were a treat to explore. i also enjoyed the tortoises i saw on the hotel.
the colonial elegance felt a bit confused, with some areas showing a clash of english and modern styles

The breakfast buffet offered plentiful choices. Food from the menu tasted great. The setting is amazing. Staff members are friendly and always cute. They even surprised a birthday celebrant with champagne and a gift.
Service was a little slow at peak times. Sometimes, our entire order was not correct.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the two pools. The gym also features three treadmills. The spa provided tranquility. it is only 15-20 minutes to the waterfront. The grounds include trees. I saw tortoises roaming around.
Our room was in the older part of the hotel. It felt somewhat dark. The shower flooded the bathroom. I found the air conditioning ineffective.

Breakfast at this hotel has many choices. I ate fresh fruit every morning. A great start to my days. Gardens remain immaculate. Staff at breakfast are also very friendly. The mamas at the buffet area are lovely.
Service at the front desk was not great. I anticipate better from a hotel at this level.

breakfast veranda was acceptable. i saw birds. that's it.
the front desk service felt subpar. i booked a room for four, only to discover it had just two beds and a small extra bed. it needed some anger before they understood.
